Is that really your CEO on the call? Wardeye checks.
Deepfake voices, cloned faces and spoofed emails now ask finance teams for wires, gift cards and bank-detail changes. Wardeye confirms the request with the real person’s own phone, and watches live calls and email for the signs of impersonation.
Pilots for finance and operations teams · Works with Microsoft 365 · Nothing is recorded
The problem
Voices and faces can no longer prove identity
A convincing clone needs only a short public clip. Attackers pair it with urgency and secrecy: “I’m in a meeting, wire this today, don’t tell anyone.” Email gateways don’t hear calls, and call tools don’t read your inbox. The weak point is the moment a person has to decide whether to trust what they see and hear.
Calls
Video and voice calls on Zoom, Teams, FaceTime and phones can carry synthetic faces and voices.
Look-alike domains, spoofed senders and hijacked threads make fake instructions look routine.
Process gaps
Urgent requests from “the boss” bypass call-back rules because nobody wants to say no.
How it works
Check with the one thing a deepfake can’t fake: their phone
Three simple steps, and the first one works for any company on any computer.
Someone asks
An approver gets a risky request on a call, in email or by text. They open Wardeye and send an “Is this you?” with the reason.
The real person’s phone answers
The executive gets a push on their enrolled phone and approves or denies with Face ID. Unanswered requests expire after two minutes.
You have a record
Who asked, who answered, when and the outcome go into an audit trail you can show auditors and insurers.
What you get
One product, layered protection
We label what is available today and what is still being built.
Out-of-band confirmation
Send “Is this you?” from the web app; answered with Face ID on the iPhone app. Templates for wires, bank changes, gift cards and password resets.
Organisations and roles
Owners, admins, protected people and requesters, with invitations, an admin dashboard and passwordless sign-in.
Call detection on Mac
Notices calls in Zoom, Teams, FaceTime, Slack and the browser from mic and camera use. No recording, no per-app plug-ins.
Live face and voice match
On-device checks of the person on a call against enrolled people, with synthetic-voice detection. Biometrics stay on your Mac.
Email impersonation flags
Read-only Microsoft 365 connection checks sender authentication, look-alike domains and reply-to tricks. It sits beside your email gateway, with no MX change.
Deepfake drills
Consented, defensive simulations that show how your team responds, with a report for audits.

FAQ
Questions buyers ask
Does Wardeye record my calls?
No. The Mac app detects that a call is happening by checking whether the microphone or camera is in use. It does not record or upload call audio or video.
Where are face and voice data stored?
Only on the Verify plan are none collected. On Shield, templates are created and stored on your own Mac, not in our cloud. See the Biometric Data Notice.
Does it replace our email security or our payment controls?
No. Wardeye is an extra layer. It runs alongside your email gateway (it connects through the Microsoft 365 API, with no MX change) and alongside your approval workflows. See Disclaimers.
Can it be fooled by a good deepfake?
Any detector can miss or over-flag. That is why Wardeye does not depend on spotting fakes alone: the strongest check is asking the real person’s own phone to confirm, which a deepfake on a call cannot answer.
Which platforms are supported?
Verify works from any browser and the Wardeye phone app (iPhone today, Android in development). Shield’s live protection runs on macOS 14 or later; Windows is on the roadmap.
How is Wardeye sold and priced?
Wardeye is sold directly to businesses. We start with a guided pilot with your finance or operations team, then agree a plan (Verify, Shield or Enterprise) priced by the number of people protected. Pricing is quoted after a demo.
Do I need anyone’s consent?
Yes. Biometric enrolment needs each person’s written consent, and call or mailbox analysis may need notice or consent depending on where you operate. Our pages explain what we do; you remain responsible for your own obligations.
Is it ready for production?
Wardeye is in early access and offered through pilots. Verify is usable now; some Shield features are still in beta. We would rather tell you what is and is not ready than oversell, and we run pilots with design-partner companies.
Who builds Wardeye?
Wardeye is developed by Odyssey Developments. Reach us at wardeye@odysseydevelopments.dev.
