Disclaimers
Please read these with our Terms of Service.
- No guarantee of detection. Wardeye provides probabilistic signals. It may fail to flag a real impersonation (false negative) or flag a genuine person (false positive). Attackers adapt, and detection quality varies with device, network, lighting, audio quality, language and accent.
- Not a sole control. Do not rely on Wardeye alone to authorise payments, release funds, change bank details or grant access. Keep independent controls: call-backs to known numbers, dual approval, payment limits, and training. The decision and any resulting loss remain with the organisation.
- Not legal, compliance, financial or security advice. Information on this site and in the app is general. Consult qualified advisers for your situation.
- Your legal duties. You are responsible for notices, consents and lawful use in your jurisdictions, including call-recording and biometric laws.
- Early access. Some features are in development or beta and are labelled as such. Feature descriptions describe intended capability, not a commitment to a delivery date. Prices shown are pilot-stage.
- Third-party services. Wardeye depends on services such as Apple, Microsoft, Stripe and Supabase. Their outages or changes can affect Wardeye. Names and trademarks belong to their owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
- Comparisons. Statements comparing Wardeye with other products are our good-faith understanding of public information and may be out of date.
- Security claims. We have not completed a third-party audit or certification (such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001). Descriptions on our Security page are practices, not certifications.
